Agreeing to these terms

These terms apply when you buy or use an Elitestream IPTV subscription. By placing an order you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not place an order.

What the service is

We supply a subscription that gives you access to television programming delivered over the internet, together with the login details needed to use it.

We do not supply the player application. Playback takes place inside a third-party IPTV player that you install from your own device’s app store. We do not control those applications, their availability or their behaviour.

We do not supply your internet connection, your television or your streaming device, and the quality you experience depends heavily on all three.

Ordering and activation

Orders are arranged with our team rather than through an automated checkout. The price, the term and what the subscription covers are confirmed with you before any payment is taken.

Your subscription begins when we confirm it and send your login details. We do not promise a specific activation time, and no statement on this website should be read as one.

Prices and payment

Prices shown on this website are in USD and are charged once for the full term of the plan. They are not a recurring monthly charge, and no automatic renewal is set up on your behalf.

The monthly figure shown beside each plan is the total divided by the number of months. It is provided so you can compare the four terms on the same basis, and is not a separate charge.

Prices may change for future orders. A change never affects a subscription you have already paid for.

Your account details

The login details we send you are personal to your subscription. You are responsible for keeping them private.

Sharing your details publicly, reselling access, or using the subscription on more devices than it covers may result in the subscription being suspended.

How many simultaneous connections your subscription covers is agreed with our team when you order. Ask before you buy if you need more than one.

Availability of content

Programming is licensed by territory and by period. What is available can change, and the categories described on this website are not a guaranteed list of specific channels, networks, leagues or titles.

If a particular channel or category matters to you, confirm it with us before you subscribe rather than after.

Service quality

We do not guarantee uninterrupted playback, a specific resolution, or that every stream will perform identically. These depend on the source content, your device, your network and conditions outside our control.

Where a problem is within our control we will work with you to resolve it. Where it is not — a slow connection, an unsuitable device, an app store restriction — we will say so plainly rather than leave you guessing.

Acceptable use

You agree to use the subscription for personal viewing and not to redistribute, rebroadcast, record for distribution, or make it available to the public. You also agree not to use it for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or end a subscription that breaches these terms.

Ending a subscription

A subscription runs for the term you paid for and then stops unless you arrange a renewal with us. Nothing renews automatically.

Refunds, where they apply, are covered by our Refund Policy.

Limitation of liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited. Subject to that, our liability in connection with a subscription is limited to the amount you paid for it.

We are not liable for the behaviour of third-party player applications, app stores, device manufacturers or internet service providers.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version published on this page applies to orders placed from the date it appears here.
