How to install Elitestream IPTV on your device
The same four steps apply everywhere: install a player, enter your details, let the guide load, test a channel. Below, each device family in its own words.
Before you begin
Three things to have ready

Your login details
Sent to you after your order is complete. Have them open somewhere you can copy from — they are easier to mistype than to read.

A working internet connection
On the device you are setting up, not just in the house. Test it by loading something else first.

Most of it is the first channel-list download. Start it before you want to watch something, not during.

Setting up on Firestick & Fire TV
Amazon’s streaming sticks run a version of Android, so a player app installed from the Amazon Appstore behaves much like one on a tablet.
From the Fire TV home screen, open the search icon and look for an IPTV player application that accepts subscription login details.
Install the player and open it once so that it finishes setting itself up.
Choose the option to add a playlist or account, and enter the details we sent you exactly as they were written.
Wait for the channel list and program guide to download. The first load takes the longest.
Open a channel to confirm playback, then check a second channel in a different category.
Worth knowing. A Firestick sits directly behind the television, which is often the weakest spot for Wi-Fi in the room. If playback is uneven, an Ethernet adapter usually helps more than changing any setting in the app.

Setting up on Smart TV
Smart televisions vary more than any other category, because each manufacturer controls which applications its store offers.
Open your television’s own application store from the home screen.
Search for an IPTV player. What is available depends on the manufacturer and the age of the set.
Install the player and note any device ID or activation code it shows you.
Enter the subscription details we sent you, or add them through the player’s web portal if it uses one.
Let the channel list load completely before you start browsing.
Worth knowing. If your television’s store has no suitable player, a small streaming stick plugged into a spare HDMI port is the usual answer, and it keeps working when you replace the television.

Setting up on Android TV & Google TV
Android TV boxes and Google TV streamers offer the widest choice of players, and handle large channel lists comfortably.
Open Google Play on the device and search for an IPTV player application.
Install the player, then open it and allow any storage permission it asks for.
Add your subscription using the login details we sent you.
Set the player’s buffer or cache option to a moderate value if it offers one.
Check playback on a live channel and on an on-demand title, as the two can behave differently.
Worth knowing. Android TV devices differ in processing power. An older box may handle standard and high definition well while struggling with 4K streams on the same connection.

Setting up on Apple TV, iPhone & iPad
Apple devices install players from the App Store only, so the list is shorter but the applications are consistent across the range.
Open the App Store on your Apple TV, iPhone or iPad.
Search for an IPTV player that accepts subscription login details.
Install and open the player, then choose the option to add a new playlist or account.
Enter the details we sent you and save them.
Allow the guide to populate, then test a channel.
Worth knowing. Setting a player up on an iPhone first is a quick way to confirm your subscription details are correct before you move to the television.
If something is wrong
Common problems, in the order worth checking
The player says my details are wrong
Almost always a typing error. Check for a capital letter where there should be a lowercase one, a confused 1 and l, or a trailing space copied in with the text. If it still fails, send us a screenshot of the error rather than retyping it a fifth time.
Nothing loads after I sign in
The first channel-list and guide download is the slowest part of setup. Give it a few minutes before assuming it has failed. If the screen is still empty afterwards, close the app completely and open it again.
The picture stutters or pauses
Work through the connection first: test the speed on that device, move to Ethernet or 5 GHz Wi-Fi, and pause large downloads elsewhere in the house. Then try a lower-quality version of the same channel. If only some channels are affected, tell us which ones.
It works on my phone but not on the television
That is useful information, not a fault to worry about: it tells you the subscription details are correct and the problem is the television, its player or the Wi-Fi behind it. A streaming stick on an Ethernet adapter resolves most cases of this.
